The virtual run “fur-a-cause” and 30/30 virtual cycling events are set on Feb. 6 to 9 and Feb. 1 to March 2, respectively.
The registration for the virtual run fur-a-cause, which is in celebration of the 4th anniversary of Cordillera Animal Protection Advocates, Inc., is ongoing until Feb. 9.
The run features the two-kilometer distance with a registration fee of P250 and four-km. with a fee of P350, allowing participants to go through road and trails together with their furry pets.
The distance can be completed on a single run or multiple dates of run from Feb. 6 to 9. Runners are required to send a photo or video of their fur pets while going through the event.

Cycling enthusiast, meanwhile, have until Jan. 31 to register for the 30/30 virtual cycling challenge, which is open to those who have a mountain or road bike.
Organizer Virago Bike and Run Events said interested participants may take the challenge anytime during the 30-day period.
Interested bikers need to download the Strava application as the official timer and they may choose the place and time of their ride.
Finishers will get a personalized certificate, a limited edition hoodie of the event, and a finisher’s medal.
Top three winners of each category will get cash prizes with free shipping anywhere in the Philippines.
