VISUALLY-IMPAIRED LAWYER — The city government of Baguio led by Mayor Benjamin Ma-galong and Vice Mayor Faustino Olowan and members of the city council gave Anthony Mark Dulawan Emocling a copy of the city resolution lauding him for being the first Bar passer with visual impairment in the Philippines during the Monday flag raising ceremony at the City Hall grounds. Emocling graduated cum laude with a degree in Bachelor of Arts in Political Science at the University of Baguio and studied law in the same institution. — Neil Clark Ongchangco
