Remote Kibungan school expresses gratitude to stakeholders
The Tacadang Integrated Schoolin Dalipey, Tacadang, Kibungan, Benguet is one of the farthest schools in the province where the only means of transportation is by foot.
To reach the school, it will take five to six hours hike on treacherous terrains and muddy pathways.
The school requested the Philippine Air Force for the transport of modules and assorted school supplies from Baguio City to TIS in coordination with the Office of the Civil Defense-Cordillera and Mangaywan Corporation of the Diocese of Baguio.
The supplies were procured using the school’s maintenance and other operating expenses funds and from the Benguet Schools Division.
The Mangaywan Corporation-Diocese of Baguio also distributed assorted basic commodities to the community
The school administration express its gratitude for the successful delivery of modules and school supplies on Feb. 26 and 27 to the Northern Luzon Command, Tactical Operations Group, Tactical Operations Wing-Northern Luzon, Philippine Army, and the Philippine Air Force Reservist.
