A request to the Baguio City Library management

I used to believe in the adage, “Rare books are hard to find,” until I found out find that the City Library has a wide variety of reading materials in almost all topics that I almost go there every day to read to my heart’s content.
I like to read whatever reading materials I come across but I prefer reading historical books of local and foreign origin, novels on any topics, even pocket books, pamphlets on agriculture, music and arts, and many more.
As a senior citizen and a person with disability, I have to have take two rides before I can reach the City Library, and considering the weather, I would be grateful (with some reading friends I met there) if the Baguio City Public Library management would consider our request to borrow books overnight or two, so that we could enjoy reading at home and would not be exposed to bad weather and pollution.
I am aware of the rules and regulations of the library and I am willing to abide by the regulations. — MYRNA BAYENG, La Trinidad, Benguet
