ALL SYSTEMS GO — Key officials overseeing the conduct of this year’s Panagbenga Festival led by Mayor Benjamin Magalong, Panagbenga executive committee co-chair Anthony de Leon, and Baguio City Police Office Director Col. Francisco Bulwayan, Jr. announced the city’s readiness for the resumption of a full blown festival.
