This refers to the illegal parking and use as staging area by public utility jeepneys at the “turning point” at Housing, Upper Wangal, La Trinidad, Benguet.
Last Sept. 21, I was bumped by a vehicle resulting to my injury and damage of the motorcycle I was driving in said area. The driver of the vehicle acknowledged that it was his mistake and the cost of damage were amicably settled.
This untoward incident would not have happened if not because of the illegal parking of PUJs which made the road narrow and prone to accident.
Considering safety and ease of traffic, among others, may I request that you stop the illegal parking at said public road as a staging area.
