CAPACITY DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM — Police Regional Office-Cordillera Director B/Gen. David Peredo, Jr. and his deputies attended the Department of Justice Capacity Development Program being conducted at the Royce Hotel, Clark Freeport, Mabalacat, Pampanga on Aug. 25.
