CITY ASSESSOR RETIRES — The city government expressed its deep gratitude to City Assessor Maria Almaya Addawe who rendered 36 outstanding years of service to the city. Dubbed as “small but terrible,” Addawe is the epitome of a passionate public servant. She contributed to the transformation of Baguio as a competitive and best performing highly urbanized city.
