The city government has already donated 100,000 vaccines to other local government units in the country.
Mayor Benjamin Magalong said the city has donated to Cagayan, Nueva Vizcaya, and several provinces in Region 3.
The city will also donate to several other provinces in Region 4 that are also asking for vaccines and is open to give to other LGUs who are in need.
“The city government will continue to donate vaccines to other LGUs that may need these even to those in the Visayas and Mindanao.  Makakatulong  tayo sa ating mga kababayan,” the mayor said.
The mayor said the city has more than enough supply of vaccines and some private companies have even expressed their willingness  to give the city thousands more.
