The city government has set up help booths for vaccinees who do not have smart phones or have no access to computer to download their Covid-19 vaccination passport and vaccination certificate.
Help booths were set up at the City Hall flag pole area and at the Rillera Bldg. in the city public market. Personnel may also assist the public in their pre-registration to the website bakuna.baguio.gov.ph, which is the official vaccine registration portal of the city. 
The help booths were set up after the social media pages of the city received inquiries on how to download their Covid-19 vaccination passport and vaccination certificate following the release of Resolution 124-B by the Interagency Task Force for the Management of Emerging Infectious Diseases allowing the use of vaccine cards as alternative to testing before travel requirement during the quarantine.
The steps to download Covid-19 vaccination passport and vaccination certificate are as follows:
In theweb browser, search bakuna.baguio.gov.ph and click “search masterlist.” Type name in the search box following the format last name, given name, and middle name, then click “submit”;
Click “view vaccination QR passport” to download or print. This can also be screen shot in the mobile phone; and
Click the “download vaccination certificate” and input the mobile number used in the registration to print or download the vaccination certificate.
