COMMENDATION — The city government led by Mayor Benjamin Magalong and the city council commended BCPO Director Col. Francisco Bulwayan, Special Weapons and Tactics, Station 1 personnel, Mobile Patrol Unit, Quezon Hill Proper Punong Barangay Caesar Malicdan, and Richard Lerion for their immediate response, tactical competence, and technical skills in handling a hostage-taking incident that took place at Quezon hill Proper, that led to the successful rescue of the victims without injuries and the instant arrest of the suspect last month.–Neil Clark Ongchangco
