The Environmental Summit scheduled on July 8 at the Baguio Convention Center has been reset to Aug. 8 and 9 at 1:30 p.m. at the Baguio Convention Center.

The activity is open to the public who may attend physically or via Zoom or livestreaming at the Public Information Office Facebook page where they can put forward their questions, concerns or suggestions.

The first meeting is expected to be attended by local government departments, national line agencies, barangays, civic society organizations, academe, and youth leaders.

Mayor Benjamin Magalong directed the conduct of the summit to gather inputs to address the critical issues affecting the city’s environment to further guide the city government in its mission to prevent the city from further hurtling towards urban decay.
