FOR LCIF WORLD MISSION — Known philanthropist and Baguio Burnham Lions Club Vice President Fernando Tiong, who became the first major donor from Lions International District 301-C, received a certificate of appreciation from Lions Clubs International President Dr. Patti Hill and IPIP and Lions Clubs International Foundation Chairman Brian Sheehan during the 60th OSEAL Forum in Manila recently. Tiong had earlier pledged to donate $25,000 to LCIF and has already donated $7,000 towards the realization of the mission of LCIF to empower Lions clubs, volunteers, and people in need through various civic and humanitarian services.
