IBALOY CUISINE WITH A TWIST — Ibaloy cuisine using local produce and ingredients with a twist were displayed at the Ibaloy Heritage Garden in Burnham Park on Jan. 25, featuring the kitchen skills of the different Ibaloy clans. Organized by the Onjon ni Ivadoi, the activity is a means to make the heritage park more vibrant and eventually open it as a recreational area where visitors can unwind and eat Ibaloy cuisines. — Ofelia Empian
