IPMRS IN BONTOC — Clad in their native attire, indigenous peoples mandatory representatives William Fagsao of Bontoc Ili, Jose Fang-asan of Poblacion, Manuel Kalang-ad of Samoki, and Lacsigen Mandiit of Talubin took their oath before Mayor Jerome Tudlong.
