TABUK CITY, Kalinga – This city and the provincial government transported rice and food packs to three barangays in Tinglayan that were placed on lockdown due to the Covid-19 pandemic.
Barangays Bangad Centro, Upper Bangad, and Lower Bangad were placed on a 15-day lockdown since Nov. 23 to Dec. 8 due to surge in Covid-19 cases in these areas.
