LUNA, Apayao – Technical Education and Skills Development-Apayao continues to provide face masks and baked goods to frontliners deployed around the province.

Provincial Director Roger Dancel said the Tesda Apayao Provincial Office and the Provincial Training Center, in partnership with the Provincial Government of Apayao, already produced a total of 1,279 baked goods; 1,634 pieces of face masks; and 145 head caps. 

The latest distribution to the frontliners was done on April 24 where 249 pieces of face masks and 72 head caps were given to health workers on duty at Sta. Marcela District Hospital and Flora District Hospital and to frontliners manning the ECQ checkpoints in Flora, Sta. Marcela, and Luna.

Recently, the Tesda produced 544 pieces of baked goods which were distributed to Pudtol, Conner, and Kabugao through the Municipal Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office. – Hazel Torida
