MULTI-MILLION FMR — The town of Kabayan, Benguet officially broke ground for the P106.60 million-worth improvement of the Balang-Bocao farm-to-market road with a vehicular bridge component at Barangay Eddet, Kabayan on Sept. 5. It is the second FMR subproject in Kabayan under the Department of Agriculture-Philippine Rural Development Project. The laying of the capsule was led by Kabayan Mayor Florante B.
