ON-THE-SPOT PAINTING CHAMPION — Mac Daryll P. Malto of the University of the Philippines Baguio was honored by Baguio officials after he won first place in the 2023 National Higher Education Day on-the-spot painting competition held at the Manila Metropolitan Theater, Manila from July 31 to Aug. 1.
