OUTSTANDING FISCAL ACCOUNTABILITY — The provincial government of Mountain Province and several towns such as Bontoc and Besao and their accountants were awarded the Philippine Association of Local Government Accountants (PhALGA) Excellence Award on May 15 at the CAP- John Hay Trade and Cultural Center in Baguio City.
