RESERVIST OFFICER OF THE YEAR — City officials led by Mayor Benjamin Magalong and Vice Mayor Faustino Olowan commended Lt/Cdr. Anthony De Leon (GSC), commander of the 12th Naval Group Reserve of the Philippine Navy after he was conferred the AFP Reservist Officer of the Year 2022 in field grade level during the culmination ceremony of the National Reservist Week and his unit, as well as the Naval Forces Reserve Northern Luzon at Camp Gen.
