ROADSIDE EROSION — One-way passage is being implemented in a portion of Gilbraltar Road in Baguio City that eroded at the height of Typhoon Betty. Excavation within a private property caused the soil to erode and damaged a concrete riprap and a house. The City Buildings and Architecture Office conducted an inspection and assessment to determine compliance to excavation and fencing permit requirements. — Harley Palangchao
