SHANUM TAN BELBEL — The newly-rehabilitated reflection pool at the Wright Park was formally opened on Sept. 8. Showcasing its dancing fountain accompanied by music, the rehabilitation was planned by the city government of Baguio and was sponsored by the Bloomberry Cultural Foundation, Inc.
