SMOKE-FREE GARDEN — The Smoke-Free Task Force Baguio inaugurated the Smoke-Free Park located beside the City Hall grounds on June 16. The ceremonial ribbon cutting was led by Acting City Health Officer Dr. Celia Flor Brillantes along with councilors Betty Lourdes Tabanda and Peter Fianza; BCPO Director, Col.
