SUPER HEALTH CENTER — Department of Health-CAR Director Amelita Pangilinan and Tabuk City Mayor Darwin Estrañero graced the inauguration of the Super Health Center IV in Barangay Agbannawag last week. The SHC was funded by DOH under the Health Facility Enhancement Program amounting to P10 million and an additional 5M from Tabuk City. — Diana Palangchao
