The long queue for government service
Seen ever since is the long queue of people seeking government service in registration, licensing, certification, banking, and passporting for hours, even days, of waiting just to have their applications be accomplished.
You and I have experienced this pitiful scenario. I think something should be done about this difficult situation to ease government transactions.
How about providing additional personnel and equipment to take systematic and prompt service, doing away with the quota system and have continuous operation, getting rid of unnecessary requirements, and providing adequate and comfortable seats for clients.
To the applicants, be sure that your documents are accurate and complete to facilitate evaluation of requirements.
