Rembrandt Jhon Bernal of La Trinidad, Benguet topped the poster making competition during the third staging of the annual Benguet youth training and competition.
Other winners are Bien Allen Ibasco, Jerri Mariel Zaparita,  Jehan Mae Galati, Kaye Anthonette Hill, and Shania Faye Puroc as first to fifth runners up in that order.
The poster making contest supports the “Barkada Kontra Droga” and “Buhay Ingatan, Droga’y Ayawan” campaign launched by the Department of the Interior and Local Government in November this year.
The program serves as an anti-drug operational guidepost for law enforcement agencies under the Marcos administration.
In the photography competition, Bhriel Jeff Cada-o of Tublay is champion followed by runners-up Melony Wayan, Jefferson Vijar, Andrew Catayao III, Jamaica Padon, and Valerie Dave Celino. The winners were chosen out of 11 entries, which dwelled on the Adivay activities.
Charlote Celo of Kapangan was the top winner in the creative poem writing, leading 19 other entries in the category.
Second to fifth runners-up were Melvin Luteb, Ellen Dee Dego, Camille Ulayan, and Blessah Joy Manuel. The creative poem writing focused on “Benguet family” and was open to 15 to 26 years old. 
For the short film making, the group of Johan Mae Galati of Benguet State University topped the category while Diana Elong and her group, also from BSU, placed second with the group of Ace Martin of the Cordillera Career Development College placing third.
The short-film competition focused on tourism attractions in the province and open to out of school and in school youth aged 15 to 26 years old.
The annual youth competition, organized by the Provincial Local Youth Development Office, aims to encourage the youth to bring out their creativity in the various categories. – Ofelia C. Empian
