LAGAWE, Ifugao – Five health personnel are among the recent human resources hired by the provincial government.

The newly appointed employees who took their oath before Gov. Jerry Dalipog include Provincial Health Officer II Dr. Priscilla Pagada who replaced Dr. Mary Josephine Dulawan who retired in June last year, Nurse III Victoria Banatao (Ifugao Provincial Hospital), Nurse IV Narcisa Mariano (Panopdopan District Hospital), Nurse II Mary Jane Lumawig (Panopdopan District Hospital), and Nurse II Juliet Chunanan (Mayoyao District Hospital).

Miriam Baguidudol was also appointed as Provincial Social Welfare and Development Officer. She replaced   former PSWDO Joyce Niwane who was appointed as DSWD assistant secretary in October last year.

The appointment of the six personnel is timely as they will help provide health care especially as the Covid-19 infection has already affected the province.     

The provincial government is hiring more personnel to fill up various vacant positions in the different provincial offices.

The positions are Administrative Officer IV, Engineer II, Agriculturist II, Administrative Aide VI, Administrative Aide IV (clerk), Administrative Aide IV (driver), Nursing Attendant II, Nursing Attendant I, Local Revenue Collection Officer I, Revenue Collection Clerk I, Assessment Clerk II, and a Laundry Worker I. – Dan B.
