Surveys pinpoint that poverty, unemployment, criminality, corruption, and illegal drugs are the pressing problems that beset our country, and these will continue to happen if political issues override public concerns.
Most of the government offices and line agencies are headed by individuals who are not really professionally prepared and experienced in rendering the services they are supposed to provide. Incompetent leadership impedes progress.
It is like forcing a square peg into a round hole – it will not fit. Appropriate litigation of human resources is the key to sustained development that benefits everyone.
