BONTOC, Mountain Province –The provincial government and the Civil Service Commission field office awarded a certificate and plaque of recognition to a young resident who topped the March 2022 CSC Sub-Professional examination.  

CSC Director II Anita Verina T. Paredes and Provincial Administrator Franklin C. Odsey handed over the award to Nenita Padua Liis during the flag raising ceremony of the provincial government recently.

Liis, from Bagnen Oriente in Bauko, is a second year student of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy at Saint Louis University. She ranked first nationwide in the March CSE-Sub professional level with 86.05 percent. She also passed the June professional level exam with an average of 89.68 percent.

Liis thanked the provincial government for the free review classes for civil service examinees.

“I also want to congratulate Mountain Province’s provincial government which is led by Gov. Bonifacio C. Lacwasan, Jr. for working with CBRC (Carl Balita Review Center) to provide a free review for the province’s examinees for March 2022,” she said. The provincial government has allotted funds for the in-depth review course held March 4 to 8 to assist civil servants and other constituents of the province in acquiring eligibility for promotion or employment in the government requiring eligibility, Executive Assistant Adelina Jocelyn F.
