Man wanted for raping a minor was arrested following a man-hunt operation launched by the the Baguio City Police Office on May 29 at Barangay Irisan, Baguio City.
The 53-year-old suspect is ranked as the No. 3 Top Most Wanted Person in the City Level and No. 2 on the Station Level.
He was arrested by virtue of a warrant of arrest for two counts of statutory rape.
Based on the report submitted to the BCPO Director, Col. Francisco B. Bulwayan, Jr., the suspect the common law partner of the victim’s grandmother, to whom she was staying.
