This year’s outstanding citizens of Baguio are individuals with true integrity and known for bravery, having reached out to countless people from all walks of life needing their assistance, expertise, and services in the performance of their duties either as civil servants or as private citizens. One of them is known for heroism and bravery for continuously serving the country and the Filipinos beyond the call of duty.
Baguio is blessed and proud to have sons and daughters who possess the Filipino traits and qualities needed in this rapidly changing society.
